Field Technical Support Specialist at Videojet Technologies

Based at home in Lagos and visiting customer sites 2-3 days a week, the Field Technical Support Specialist will collaborate with a local distributor and visit a range of packaged goods production companies across Nigeria, to help solve technical problems, deliver user training, and support the pre-sales process.

The Ideal Candidate 

• Bachelor’s degree (mechanical/electrical engineering preferred), fluent English and good technical experience of industrial equipment within production environments (food & beverage or pharmaceutical preferred)
• Customer outcome and results focused, with excellent communication, listening, relationship building and influencing skills.
• A consultative approach to uncover and solve customer’s needs
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and the drive to succeed in a high-performance environment
