Field Support Officer

Job Description
- Provides support to the agent network business
- Device initiatives to increase agent transaction activity and return
- Ensure full compliance with business and regulatory standards
- Identify and assess business growth opportunities in accordance with the overall strategy and goaL
Responsibilities
- Grow the number of virtual banking adoption and usage
- Generate daily activity report
- Generate business intelligence report
- Relationship management focus on reactivation of dormant virtual banking wallet with right profile
- Ensure 100% agent branding compliance.
Requirement
- BSc holder only.
