This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Support Engineer located in Port Harcourt.
The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for power, industrial, and telecom infrastructure.
Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer support inquiries, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining and upgrading operating systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Qualifications
Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Experience with Operating Systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
