Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Support Engineer located in Port Harcourt.
• The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for power, industrial, and telecom infrastructure.
• Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer support inquiries, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining and upgrading operating systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Experience with Operating Systems
