About the Role:

We are hiring Field Supervisors to oversee operations at construction sites. You will be responsible for ensuring waste management rules are followed, workers are supervised, and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise waste collection, segregation, and disposal at construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor site workers and enforce company policies.
• Report field activities, challenges, and progress to management.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction, real estate, or architectural space.
• Minimum of HND in a relevant field (Architecture, Environmental Science, Building Technology).
• Certification in Facility Management (IFMA) is mandatory.
• Strong communication, leadership, and compliance oversight skills.

Remuneration: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 monthly + 5% commission
