Field Supervisor at Look Media Nigeria

Job Description

• Develop and maintain automated deployment systems
• Recommend process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability
• Develop and implementation of deployment plan
• Develop deployment support documentations for clients
• Work with Marketing and Operations head to develop deployment specifications and configurations
• Attend trainings related to company's deployment procedures and standards 
• Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner
• Develop engagements for new productt developments and product upgrades
• Work with clients and GM  to determine deployment requirements
• Evaluate existing deployment issues and provide effective resolutions
• Coordinate with management to develop deployment communication plan and deployment continuity plan
• Understand clearly company's deployment process and standards
• Schedule meetings and report deployment status to managemnet on regular basis
• Provide post-deployment support to clients as needed
• Miantaining all Look Medai sites daily

Requirements (Skills and Qualifications)

• Ability to write good, clear reports with accurate spelling and grammar
• Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivation, flexibility, stamina and ability to adapt
• Confidence, enthusiasm & energetic
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be able to use Microsoft office suite
• Must have good analytical skills
• Must have problem solving skills
• B.Sc or HND in Computer Science or Engineering
• Minimum of 2yrs work experience in an advertising agency
• Candidate must reside in Lagos State (Mainland).
