Field Service / Commissioning Engineer at ECLAT HR Consulting

Report To: Operations & Installation Manager 

Salary:  N400,000     

Responsibilities

• Carry out equipment commissioning, calibration, functional testing, and performance checks. 
• Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve equipment faults at customer sites. 
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and corrective maintenance on equipment. 
• Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customer operators. 
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues that may affect equipment performance. 
• Prepare accurate service and commissioning reports and communicate relevant technical findings to the Operations & Installation Manager. 
• Report recurring equipment and product issues to the Product & Technology team for further review and resolution. 
• Ensure all field activities are carried out in line with approved technical, safety, and operational standards. 

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. 
• 3–5 years of experience in field service, commissioning, maintenance, or technical support within the industrial or energy sector. 
• Experience with fuel dispensers, pumps, metering systems, or similar equipment is an added advantage. 
• Practical knowledge of equipment testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. 
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications. 
• Willingness to travel to customer and project sites as required.
