Field Sales Representative at Egatee Online Ecommerce

About the Role

• We’re looking for an energetic Field Sales Representative to drive product adoption and revenue growth across Abuja. You’ll be our face in the market, building relationships with clients, opening new accounts, and making sure our brand stays top of mind.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Coverage: Visit assigned territories in Abuja daily to meet existing and prospective clients
• Sales & Revenue: Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals through direct selling and follow-ups
• Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients
• New Business: Identify new opportunities, onboard new accounts, and expand market share
• Product Knowledge: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid product knowledge and sales techniques
• Reporting: Submit daily activity reports, sales reports, and market feedback to the Sales Manager
• Merchandising: Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and competitive pricing at client locations

Requirements

• Education: Minimum OND / HND / BSc in any discipline. Sales/Marketing qualification is a plus
• Experience: 1-2 years field sales experience preferred, but motivated graduates are welcome
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-driven, target-oriented
• Mobility: Must be resident in Abuja and willing to move around the city. Own a smartphone and have good knowledge of Abuja routes
• Other: Proficient with basic MS Office/Google Sheets. Honest, presentable, and customer-focused
