    Field Sales Representative

    Job Brief

    • We are seeking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals and corporate bodies
    • Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
    • Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations.
    • Updated customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
    • Perform daily tasks based on the assigned work plan.
    • Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
    • Maintained up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
    • Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits.
    • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
    • Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
    • Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.
    • Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecasts and projections.
    • Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
    • Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoingsupport.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
    • Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in field sales
    • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
    • Must have the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients.
    • Computer use competency
    • Punctual and reliable.
