About the Role

• We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth for a company specialising in the distribution of high-quality bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products.
• This role involves direct client engagement, market research, and hands-on sales tactics to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities; build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
• Manage a client portfolio, providing tailored solutions and post-sale support.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans; track performance via CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Proven field sales experience, ideally in trading or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to travel within the sales territory.

Salary
