    Field Sales Executive_ Kitchen Appliances

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners to drive sales growth.
    • Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability and proper merchandising.
    • Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories and develop actionable plans to capture them.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and in-store events.
    • Provide training and support to retail staff regarding product knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the Kitchen Appliance industry.
    • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
    • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and objectives.
