    Field Sales Agent

    Job Description

    • Disseminate product knowledge to potential customers of the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the products being sold.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Deliver information about the products or services to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition and key selling points.
    • Conduct demonstrations of the products or services to showcase their functionality, quality, and suitability for the client's requirements.
    • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by actively seeking new sales opportunities and converting leads into customers.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and identify potential market opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related expenses.
    • Effectively manage assigned sales territories, prioritize prospects, and plan efficient routes to maximize sales productivity.
    • Gather and relay customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns to the relevant teams for continuous improvement and product development.

    Requirements

    • Graduates with a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND).
    • 0 – 2 years of work experience.
    • Excellent Selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Highly motivated and result driven.
    • Relationship management skill
