Field Operator at Dovaheights Energy

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all process systems and associated equipment, ensuring continuous production while maintaining operational parameters within approved limits. Takes prompt corrective action during process upsets and abnormal operating conditions to minimize production losses and maintain facility integrity.
• Provides operational leadership within the assigned area and ensures that all personnel, including contractors and subcontractors from maintenance, facilities, and project teams, comply with Company HSE policies, safe systems of work, Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Oversees and coordinates daily operational activities, ensuring equipment and processes are operated and maintained in accordance with approved procedures, operating philosophies, maintenance strategies, contractual obligations, and applicable government regulations.
• Acts as the Area Authority for process and mechanical isolations when delegated, ensuring all isolations are correctly implemented, verified, and documented in accordance with Company procedures and industry best practices.
• Monitors facility performance and identifies opportunities to improve production efficiency, equipment reliability, safety performance, and operating costs.
• Ensures the effective management of platform consumables, chemicals, spare parts, and operational stock inventories, maintaining adequate levels to support uninterrupted operations.
• Coordinates and prioritizes operational activities in collaboration with the Cargo Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and Offshore Installation Manager, particularly those impacting production, cargo operations, and facility availability.
• Reviews and validates operational logs, equipment performance records, shift handover reports, and process data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting requirements.
