Job Description

• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Field operations team in executing various tasks to ensure the seamless functioning of day-to-day field activities and work with other departments to maintain efficient operations, manage logistical challenges, and contribute to the overall success of all projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating field operations and activities
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of field activities, expenses, and documentation related to field operations
• Generate periodic reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise
• Work closely with field operations managers and team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow
• Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and procedures

Person Specifications

• First Degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
• One or Two years in a similar role is an added advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or relevant software
