Field Officer at FMR AGENCY

Field Officer Responsibilities:

• Sensitize and educate clients on various loan products.
• Aprprove loans within agreed/aprovved limits
• Constant mobilisation of clients to meet with agreed target
• Proper verification of all clients/clients guarantor
• Engage in daily instalment collection
• Fill all loan forms appropriately
• Verification of clients business address and house address
• Daily update of instalment collections the
• Engage on loan recoveries always
• Create and update group directly from time to time

Field Officer Responsibilities:

• Minimum SSCE/ND/HND/BSC.
• Demonstrable experience as a field officer.
• Proficient in relevant data storage and analysis software.
• Ability to procure, house, and inspect high-quality data independently.
• Commendable program and capacity development abilities.
• Strong verbal, written, and statistical skills.
• Exceptional supervision and relationship-building abilities.
