    Field Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    Regional Demand Generation

    • Plan, execute, and optimize field marketing programs aligned to regional sales priorities and revenue targets
    • Drive pipeline creation through events, campaigns, account‑based marketing (ABM), and partner‑led initiatives
    • Localize global marketing campaigns to ensure regional relevance and impact

    Sales Alignment & Enablement

    • Partner closely with regional sales leadership to define go‑to‑market priorities, target accounts, and campaign focus
    • Support sales teams with event follow‑up strategies, campaign briefs, and sales enablement assets
    • Act as a strategic advisor to sales on marketing‑driven growth opportunities

    Events & Experiences

    • Own end‑to‑end execution of field events (e.g., executive roundtables, customer workshops, industry conferences, partner events, roadshows)
    • Ensure events deliver measurable outcomes: pipeline, meetings, product adoption, or upsell opportunities
    • Manage event calendars, logistics, vendors, and budgets

    Partner & Ecosystem Marketing

    • Collaborate with alliance and channel partners on joint marketing initiatives
    • Execute co‑branded campaigns that leverage partner networks to expand reach and credibility
    • Align partner marketing activities with regional and corporate priorities

    Measurement & ROI

    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (pipeline, revenue influence, engagement metrics)
    • Use data and insights to continuously improve program effectiveness
    • Clearly communicate the impact to marketing and sales leadership

    Cross‑Functional Collaboration

    • Work with centralized marketing teams (campaigns, digital, content, PR) to ensure alignment and consistency
    • Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate attribution and reporting

    Required Qualifications

    • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or demand generation
    • Proven experience supporting enterprise or mid‑market sales teams
    • Strong understanding of pipeline metrics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
    • Experience managing events and regional marketing budgets
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies
    • Technology, SaaS, or enterprise services background
    • Partner or alliance marketing experience
    • Global or multi‑regional marketing exposure

    Success Metrics

    • Pipeline and revenue influenced by field marketing programs
    • Event performance (attendance, meetings, pipeline yield)
    • Sales engagement and satisfaction
    • Campaign ROI and efficiency
