Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, result-oriented and able to work independently
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
• Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Fluency in English is required
