Field Marketer - Lagos at Ascentech Services Limited

Role Summary

• Responsible for executing field marketing activities to promote products, drive sales growth, and increase market share.
• The role involves direct consumer engagement, strengthening customer relationships, gathering market intelligence, and representing the brand at various locations and events.
• The Field Marketer will work toward assigned sales targets and contribute to improving overall brand visibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns and product promotions in assigned territories
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Increase product visibility, distribution, and market share
• Achieve assigned sales targets and qualify for performance-based incentives
• Collect market insights and competitor feedback to support strategy development
• Represent the brand professionally at trade locations and events

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in FMCG sales, especially in the soap and toothpaste segment
• Strong customer database and network within relevant markets
• Marketing, sales, and product promotion expertise
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market opportunities and provide actionable insights
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good knowledge of Lagos State market trends and demographics
