Field Enumerators / Survey Officers at a Reputable Company

Location: Various retail and field locations (as assigned)

Salary: 100,000 per month

Summary:
Responsible for collecting accurate data from retail outlets or assigned areas, recording it electronically, and maintaining clear communication with the team. Must adhere to established protocols and ethical standards throughout the data collection process.

Responsibilities:

• Visit retail outlets or assigned areas to collect project-related data
• Accurately record data using mobile devices or electronic tools provided
• Engage professionally with store owners, attendants, or individuals to gather required information
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and respondents to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere strictly to data collection protocols, quality standards, and ethical guidelines
• Report daily progress and flag any issues encountered during fieldwork
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all collected information
• Participate in trainings, debriefings, and feedback sessions as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification; higher education is an advantage
• Previous experience in fieldwork, retail, or market surveys is preferred
• Familiarity with using smartphones, data collection apps, or Google Forms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Must be dependable, honest, and punctual
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas
• Fluency in English and local languages is an added advantage
