Field Engineer at Victoria Water Services Limited

Job Brief

We are seeking the services of a reliable and technically skilled Field Engineer who will be involved in managing all on-site technical support, maintenance, installation at client locations and project sites. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, with strong communication skills and capable of working in dynamic environments. You will serve as the face of the company in the field, ensuring that all systems and equipment function efficiently and meet client expectations. This role requires a combination of hands-on technical ability and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, test and maintain equipment or systems at project or client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal performance of deployed systems.
• Educate clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Prepare and submit technical reports, service documentation, and feedback to the proper channels.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards and site protocols.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related field)
• Proven experience in a technical or engineering role, preferably on-site.
• Solid understanding of technical systems, schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Prior exposure to customer-facing roles.
• Live within Ajah and its environs.
