    Field Bike Officers

    Job Description

    • Assist the inspector in the recruitment of seed growers in an allocated cluster.
    • Filling in growers details of selected growers and collecting any relevant data from the growers as assigned.
    • Measuring growers fields
    • Distribution of inputs and Collection of leftover inputs from the growers. to the grower
    • Assist growers in planting, crop maintenance, detasseling, harvesting, processing and seed delivery.
    • Attending to grower's Complaints.
    • Ensure optimum utilization and security of the company's inputs and assets.
    • Conducting any other duties related to seed maize production as instructed by the inspector.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND with 1 - 2 years of work experience.
