Job Summary

• The Field Technical Support Associate is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and supervision of customer connectivity projects to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• The role involves coordinating with third-party vendors, supervising onsite installations, ensuring compliance with field support standards, and providing timely technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate site surveys with third-party vendors and interpret survey reports.
• Supervise onsite installations, OFC deployment, and handover to Operations.
• Install and configure customer premises equipment (CPE).
• Ensure compliance with field processes, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Document after-build and as-built reports accurately.
• Troubleshoot onsite technical issues and ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage deployed company assets at customer sites.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Engineering or related discipline.
• CCNA certification is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of IP networking, structured cabling, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when required.
