    Fibre Optic Sales Executive

    Job Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets for our company's products and services.
    • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, IT companies, and government agencies, to generate new sales leads.
    • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our latest fiber optic technology and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits of our products and services to clients.
    • Consultative Selling: Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable plans, providing technical expertise and guidance.
    • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, demonstrating the value of our fiber optic solutions.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
    • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their ongoing needs and ensuring customer retention.
    • Market Research: Monitor competitors and market trends, providing insights to refine the sales strategy.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking progress against sales targets.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree: Typically, a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fiber optic technology, telecommunications, and related products and services.
    • Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on fiber optics or related technology sales preferred.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
    • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
    • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with fiber optic installation and troubleshooting is a plus.
    • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing industry and technological landscape.
