Job Description

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projectsare deliveredon-time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensure technical feasibility, resource availability and allocation.
• Manage productivity,assign roles, tasks and responsibilities necessary for completion of project.
• Ensure full compliance with local authority and statutory provisions.
• Mitigate risk and ensure Critical path activities are clear and achievable.
• Maintain accurate records of in-progress and completed work.
• Manage all operations to ensure that all operations Are completed according to customer and industry specifications. This Includes ensuring that all employees working on project are working safely and productively.
• Provide training for employees working under your direction on practices and methods to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Act as liaison between the organization and regulators.
• Train, supervise, discipline, evaluate field technicians, office support personnel, and warehouse functions.
• Ensure and maintain all company quality control and safety requirements.
• Identify performance issues, recommend and implement corrective action.
• Assign daily tasks to in-house and subcontract laborers and crews.
• Requisition, assign and track materials needed for the daily operations.
• Perform audits of site operations to ensure work is being completed in compliance with project specifications.
• Resolve complaints with property owners in areas Where our personnel are working.
• Review daily site reports, material usage sheets, keep track of work hours.
• Reconcile all issued parts and materials on a daily basis to ensure accurate material usage counts.
• Verify submitted daily reports for accuracy and approve recorded production for billing purposes.
• To perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Telecom, IT or Engineering.
• 5+ years of work experience
• Experience in the Fiber Optic deployment, strong understanding of utility distribution networks and project management in Lagos.
• Provide verifiable evidence of experience in Fiber construction field and prior supervisory experience in fiber optics or related field.
• Proven working experience as a project administratorin the information technology sector.
• Ability to read, evaluate and interpret schematics, diagrams and maps.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this position.
• Ability to Prioritize and organize workloads to meet deadlines.
• Adept in the logistical skills required to produce effective and efficient work programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
