This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fiber Engineer based in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria.
The Fiber Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of fiber networks, ensuring high-quality services. Key tasks include conducting outside plant activities, planning and executing network design, managing optical fiber installation, and overseeing project execution to meet business and technical requirements efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Outside Plant activities and procedures
Experience in Network Design and Fiber engineering
Proficiency with Optical Fiber and associated technologies
Strong skills in Project Management
Ability to work effectively in an on-site role involving hands-on tasks
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
