Job Summary

• You are responsible for maintaining orderliness at the counter, you also make sure that all products are duly paid for and billed by Front OfficePersonnel, to prevent cash as well as product shortages.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain orderliness at the counter area.
• Monitor the front officepersonnel, in order to prevent fraudulent acts therein, inform the Internal Security Officer on duty, to issue out statement form to the suspect and subsequently pass such information to the office of the Security Controller, for further investigation.
• Carryout search on all Front Office Personnelsbefore they can be allowed to leave the counter areato prevent stealing.
• Verify products sold to customers to detect error (unbilled products) committed by the Front Office Personnel, make corrections and document such on a daily basis.
• Report all forms of rudeness at the counter by Front Office Personnelsto customers, this is communicated to the manager on duty/SC.
• Write monthly report to the SC on all issues captured during the month, for management decision.

Qualifications Required

• OND / SSCE
• 1 to 3 years maximum experience in security Operations
• 35 to 40 years of age
• Female Gender precisely.
