Job Summary

The Project Supervisor will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, coordinating workers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and reporting project progress to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
• Monitor worker performance and enforce discipline, safety, and productivity standards.
• Liaise with contractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update the Project Manager on progress.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays affecting the project.
• Enforce compliance with company policies and site regulations.

Requirements

• Gender: FEMALE
• OND/HND/BSc in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience).
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Must be proactive, disciplined, and results-driven.
