    Female Corporate Receptionist

    Job Description

    • We are looking for someone who believes in great customer service and is committed to delivering the high level of performance we are known for.
    • We require an exceptional Corporate Receptionist. You will be expected to work with the rest of our team to ensure an effortless and efficient running of our front office. Presenting and providing the best in customer experience for all our stakeholders. Professionalism is key!

    Job Details

    • Meet and greet all visitors, parents, pupils and staff in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
    • Ensuring that all incoming calls are handled efficiently and courteously
    • Dealing with a variety of parent, staff and visitor requests, admission enquiries or queries throughout the day in good time
    • Ensuring compliance with all school policies and procedures
    • Ensuring records, computer systems and information are maintained accurately
    • Action and responds to email instructions
    • Liaising with the on-site security team where appropriate and ensuring strict security procedures are adhered to
    • Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
    • Updating calendars and scheduling meetings

    Job Requirements

    • A Degree in English Language gained from a reputable Institution
    • Minimum of 3 years experience working as a receptionist in a corporate office environment
    • Have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral; including listening and articulation
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which you can maintain an exceptional level of service whilst managing multiple tasks, handle interruptions and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
    • Ability to remain calm and effectively manage and respond to difficult people or situations
    • Ability to work in a methodical way – ensuring accuracy
    • Experience of taking ownership of issues and providing solutions
    • Understands the importance of, and has great, attention to detail
    • Professionally presented, self-confident and smartly dressed at all times
    • Excellent IT skills – including use of internet, e-mail, databases, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Must reside in Ibadan and be able to easily commute to Jericho, Ibadan.
