  • Fashion Brand Manager

    Our client is a contemporary Afrocentric fashion brand that celebrates bold individuality, elegance, and cultural pride. We are looking for a proactive, business-minded, and creative individual for the role of Fashion Brand Manager who can drive growth, manage people effectively, and maintain the brand’s standard of excellence. The Fashion Brand Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Fashion house, ensuring seamless coordination between design, production, sales, and marketing.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operations & Team Management

    • Supervise and coordinate production schedules, staff performance, and order fulfillment.
    • Ensure staff compliance with processes, policies, and quality standards.
    • Implement effective systems for workflow, time management, and accountability.


    Sales & Marketing

    • Work with the marketing team to execute strategies that increase visibility and sales.
    • Identify new business opportunities (wholesale, retail, exhibitions, partnerships).
    • Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service delivery.

    Financial & Administrative Management

    • Monitor budgets, expenses, and sales targets.
    • Ensure timely reporting on revenue, cash flow, and projections.
    • Handle procurement, inventory, and vendor management.

    Brand Development & Growth

    • Maintain brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
    • Ensure collections are launched smoothly (planning, marketing, sales push).
    • Provide strategic input to expand the brand locally and internationally.

    Leadership & People Development

    • Train and mentor staff to align with brand culture.
    • Resolve conflicts and ensure discipline while fostering a positive work environment.
    • Recruit, appraise, and retain skilled team members.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, Marketing, or related field.
    • 3 years’ proven experience in retail/fashion management.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of fashion trends, production processes, and client service.
    • Business-minded with the ability to drive sales and manage budgets.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with digital marketing is a plus.
