Farmer Liaison Agents at Pricepally

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage With local farrners in the assigned city to bring them onboard the pricepally platform.
• Establish and nurture relationships with farmers, keeping them informed about Pricepallvs and benefits.
• Communicate regularly with farmers to collect and share supply data, ensuring alignrnent with production
• Facilitate agreenwlts with farmers for the delivery of specified quantities of produce to Pricepally upon harvest.
• Act as the primary point of contact between Pricepally and farmers, addressing any concerns or queries prornptly.
• Coll aborate with internal teams to relay relevant information and ensure seamless coordination with farmers.
• Monitor and report on the farming activities, providing insights to optimize the supply chain.

Requirements:

• A degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven in agricultural outreach, tarrner engagement, or a similar role.
• Excellentcornmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bui ld and maintain strong relationships.
• understanding Of agricultural practices. production cycles, and seasonal consi derations.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure farmer commitments to Pricepally platform.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of farmers effectively.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms for efficient communication and data sharing.
• Willingness to travel Within the assigned city to meet With farmers as needed.
