 Job description:

• Oversee daily farm operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and manage a team of farm workers, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Develop and implement farm policies and procedures to optimize operations.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery for proper functioning.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet farm production goals.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure farm cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory and supplies to support farm activities.
• Train and mentor farm staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with farm management to improve overall farm performance and profitability.

Requirement:

• A minimum of HND in Agriculture/Animal related courses 

Salary : 70,000 - 100,000
