Job Overview

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our farm.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and display extensive experience in managing oil palm plantations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of farm operations, including oil palm production, equipment maintenance, and farm budgeting.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase oil palm yields and improve farm productivity.
• Ensure that all farm activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, environmental, and animal welfare regulations.
• Hire, train, and supervise farm workers, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all farm activities, including oil palm yields and financial transactions.

Qualifications

• First Degree or Higher National Diploma in related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a Farm with oil palm plantation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of oil palm farm technology.
