Objective/ Purpose

Factory workers are responsible for a range of functions including processing, sorting, and packing the products, as well as operating the machines and monitoring the output to check it is in line with compliance standards.

The ideal candidate for this job should be organized, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team, and have stamina and dexterity. It is expected that workers will posses knowledge of the products being manufactured in the factory of work.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

• Operating machinery
• Sorting and packing products
• Loading goods into crates ready for dispatch
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas
• Maintaining quality control
• Following health and safety procedures
• Other responsibilities as assigned

JOB SPECIFICATION/QUALIFICATION

Education Qualification:     

OND/SSCE Holders

Experience

·         Minimum of 3 years experience
