Factory Processing Supervisor - Mowe at Helean Global Limited

Responsibilities: 

• Supervising all coordinators in the section to ensure production targets are met.
• Monitoring daily performance and ensuring worker productivity is not less than 8 kg per person per day.
• Ensuring lot efficiencies are achieved.
• Managing absenteeism and ensuring manpower availability 
• Controlling rework to a maximum of 5% of daily production.
• Ensuring Work-In-Progress (WIP) is not more than 3 days per lot.
• Organizing skill development training for new workers on productivity and quality.
• Conducting refresher training for low-performing workers based on daily reviews.
• Addressing worker concerns and motivating them to meet daily targets.
• Coordinating with the expat manager for smooth daily operations.
• Submitting daily production, quality, and manpower reports.
• Salary budget is N400,000 – N500,000 Net
