Factory & Office Assistant at Satelite Group

We are looking for a factory and office assistant to assist production supervisors in managing product manufacturing facilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
• Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
• May run various routine errands, as required, for the unit/department.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• General assistance with post-production administration such as logging and filing
• Making sure all members of the production team have everything they need to perform their jobs
• Reviewing work orders to ensure that production orders are complete, accurate, and ready for production
• Maintaining production schedules and records of production activities

Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.) 
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical dexterity.
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Able to stand, walk and move around for long hours at a time
