Factory HR Intern (Abeokuta) at ReelFruit

We\'re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and eager-to-learn HR Intern to support our Factory Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee engagement, training coordination, compliance, and HR reporting within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing employment letters, HR correspondence, and payroll documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare programmes, staff events, and internal communications.
• Coordinate training logistics, maintain training records, and support learning and development activities.
• Assist with HR compliance, statutory documentation, audits, and implementation of company policies.
• Support Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives and employee welfare programmes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports, update HR trackers, and provide administrative support to the Factory HR team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
