Facility Plumber – Residential Development at Prestigious Homes Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plumbing systems within residential properties and estates.
• Handle water supply, drainage, sewage, sanitary fittings, pumps, tanks, valves, and related plumbing infrastructure.
• Diagnose and repair leakages, blockages, low water pressure, faulty fittings, and drainage issues.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on plumbing systems across completed and occupied properties.
• Respond promptly to plumbing faults and maintenance requests from residents, facility managers, and site teams.
• Inspect plumbing installations during construction and handover stages.
• Ensure plumbing works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and good industry practice.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, materials used, and outstanding issues.
• Coordinate with electricians, facility managers, technicians, and contractors where works overlap.

Requirements

• OND / HND, technical certification, apprenticeship training, or equivalent qualification in Plumbing/Mechanical Services.
• 5 - 7 years working experience in residential plumbing, estate maintenance, or building services.
• Practical knowledge of pumps, water storage systems, drainage, sanitary installations, and residential plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to maintenance emergencies.

• Remuneration is open for negotiation and will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, skills, and the responsibilities of the role.
