As the Facility Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s facilities, equipment, and operational environment to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with required standards.
Responsibilities
Coordinate facility maintenance activities, installations, and renovations across the organization
Supervise facilities staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery
Monitor equipment, utilities, and facility operations while ensuring health and safety compliance
Manage fleet operations, staff accommodation, and building-related activities
Prepare maintenance reports and forecast facility requirements and operational needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Facility Officer or in a related role
HSE certification is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of facilities operations, risk management, and maintenance processes
Good analytical, reporting, and organizational skills
