Facility Officer at Regal Pavilion Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Building & Ground Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify issues requiring attention or improvement.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate and schedule repairs, installations, and planned maintenance for equipment, elevators, generators, and general building systems.
• Send daily report to Head of Operations. Oversee other staff members e.gjanitors, security guards & gardeners.
• Ensure that the facility is running smoothly on daily basis.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. or its equivalent.
• Must be a qualified electrician or plumber with proven experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facility management or maintenance role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidate must be willing to resume immediately.
