Qualifications and Job-Related Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of facility management softwares is an advantage.
• Professional membership with IFMA, IFWM or ESVABON is an added advantage
• Experience in administrative support, record-keeping, and facility operations.
• Assist in the daily oversight of facility operations.
• Support in monitoring and maintaining facility equipment and utilities.
• Ensure routine inspections and timely reporting of maintenance needs.
• Ensuring timely and adequate maintenance of equipment, utilities, and the environment.
• Assist in coordinating site support staff, including cleaning, maintenance, and security personnel.
• Provide administrative support, including documentation of facility-related activities.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of facility management operations, ensuring the effective implementation of services, maintenance, and processes in line with the service level agreements and operational standards of Principal Facilities Management Ltd.
