Facility Officer at ADDAS Ultimate Limited

Responsibilities

• Managing all maintenance and repairs of the venue grounds, property, equipment, and facilities.
• Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meethealth and safety standards
• Inspectbuildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Review utilities consumption and strive tominimize costs
• Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) andexternal contractors
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, buildingsecurity etc.
• Allocate office space according to needs
• Record keeping of all equipment in the facility
• Interface with regulatory bodies such as LAWMA, IKEDC etc., when necessary.
• Ensure that the venue and facilities are clean and organized.
• Perform all other task as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 7 years work experience.
