Facility Managers at Darien Consulting Limited

Qualifications:

• B.Sc./HND in Estate Management, Mechanical/Civil  Engineering or Project Management
• Professional certifications eg IFMA membership, etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have proven ability to manage artisans and other vendors
• Experienced in managing shared services and other utilities 
• Possess basic knowledge about lifts, plumbing, waste management and generator maintenance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office Space

Experience: 

Not less than 3 years’ experience managing properties for residential or commercial use
