Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and safety of a high-rise residential property.
• The ideal candidate will ensure the building operates smoothly, tenant satisfaction remains high, and all regulatory requirements are consistently met

Responsibilities

• Operations & Maintenance: Supervises daily building systems (HVAC, plumbing, elevators, electrical) and conducts regular inspections.
• Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns, ensure compliance with lease agreements, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Health & Safety: Maintain building safety standards, conduct fire drills, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Budgeting: Prepare and manage the facility’s budget, track expenses, and oversee vendor contracts.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate and supervise service providers for cleaning, security, and maintenance.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop emergency response plans and ensure readiness for unexpected events.
• Sustainability: Implement energy-saving measures and eco-friendly practices.
• Team Leadership: Supervise on-site staff and ensure efficient task delegation.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in facility management, preferably in high-rise properties
• Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, and knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 Monthly (Net)
