Facility Manager at Pentfield Synergy World Limited

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operation and maintenance of the estate's buildings and facilities.
• Ensure that all properties under management are well-maintained, scheduling and supervising repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance activities.
• Oversee tenant relations, ensuring that lease agreements are adhered to, and handle tenant requests, complaints, and lease renewals.
• Manage the facility's budget, track expenses, and ensure that all services and maintenance activities are performed cost-effectively.
• Ensure that properties comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for various services, such as cleaning, security, and landscaping, ensuring high-quality performance and contract adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or similar fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a facility manager or relevant position.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Well-versed in basic technical operations and facilities management best practices.
