    Facility Manager

        Job Responsibiities:

    • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.
    • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, cleaning, ground staff and security.
    • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
    • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
    • Drafting reports and making written recommendations.

    Pay: 80k

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of BSc in any related field.
    • Administrative and Customer service skill.
    • Strategically-minded and a Problem-Solver.
