Facility Manager at iWorld Outsourcing Limited

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
• Oversee security of buildings.
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Review utility consumption and strive to minimize costs
• Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, security, cleaners etc.) and external contractors

Requirements and Skills

• BSc / BA in Facility Management, Business Administration or relevant field
• 5 years experience as a facility manager
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
• Good analytical/critical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
