Facility Engineer at Jobrole Consulting Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance Of facility equipment and systems.
• Monitor electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, generator and other building services,
• Conduct routine inspections and identify defects or potential failures.
• Respond to technical breakdowns and ensure timely resolution,
• Supervise contractors and technicians to ensure quality and compliance With specifications.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc./HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Building Services Engineering or related field,
• 3-5 years' relevant facilities/engineering experience.
• Good knowledge Of building services, maintenance and contractor management.
