Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Coordinator located in Lagos.
• The Facility Coordinator will oversee day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance and repairs. Key responsibilities include managing facility management (FM) services, liaising with customers, handling budgeting tasks, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The role also involves developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance facility operations efficiency.

Qualifications

• Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in facility coordination or management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
• Minimum of 7years experience in same role.
