    Facility/Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    Responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of the organization's facilities. this role involves managing outsourced vendors and service providers, overseeing various facilities & Admin related activities, and ensuring compliance with safety measures.

    Job Details

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily operations of office facilities, including building maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Manage and supervise facility staff, external vendors, and contractors.
    • Implement facility management policies, including emergency preparedness.
    • Assist in the preparation and management of facility and administration budgets.
    • Ensure timely renewal of relevant licenses, permits, and certifications.
    • Handle administrative duties, including office organization, document management, and general support for staff
    • Assist in the preparation and management facility and administration budgets.
    • Prepare reports.
    • Other tasks assigned.

    Locations:

    • Apapa, Lagos State
    • Akure, Ondo State
    • Ile-Ife
    • Shagamu

    Requirements

    Required Educational Qualifications

    • Minimum of Higher National Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Facility management, Estate management, or any relevant course. 
    • Proven minimum of 3 years relevant experience. 
    • Relevant professional certification and membership of relevant professional association will be an added advantage.

    Others

    • Proven experience in facility management, office management/ administrator & relevant roles.
    • Project management.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office package.

    • Good analytical & data analysis skills.
