Facilitator – Welding & Fabrication
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND
- Experience 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured theoretical and practical training in welding and metal fabrication.
- Train students on the safe use of welding equipment and tools.
- Supervise workshop activities and practical projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of OND/HND/Trade Test Certificate in Welding & Fabrication, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certification in welding is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ practical industry experience.
- Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
General Requirements:
- Passion for training and developing young talents.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage practical workshops effectively.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
