Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct geological and geophysical studies to provide information for use in site selection and the development of projects.
• Assess ground and surface water movement in order to provide advice regarding issues such as route and site selection, restoration of contaminated sites
• Logging of boreholes
• Provide report to management on drilling activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Geology or Geoscience.
• Experience with various geological techniques like mining, boring and numerical modeling.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations.
• Good knowledge of the attributes of ores, soil, minerals and other materials.
• Ability to handle and analyze data and 3D models.
• An analytical mind.
• Attention to detail.
• Great communication skills.
• Organizational and teamwork ability.
